Our fees are flexible and based on the individual needs of each client. It’s the way make sure that you get the best value for money and only ever pay for exactly what you need – not a penny more.

We always supply fixed-fee quotes up-front and in writing with no hidden costs, so you know exactly how much you’re paying and never receive any unexpected surprises. We offer a monthly payment option, helping you to manage your cashflow.

Business accounts

The bespoke quote is calculated based on a number of factors, such as:

The type of business you run (sole trader, partnership, limited company, buy-to-let portfolio and so on)
The quantity and combination of services you require (such as annual accounts, management accounts, payroll, VAT, corporation tax returns, self-assessments and so on)
The overall complexity of your accounts and requirements

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping is charged at a fixed hourly rate of £22+VAT per hour. The duration of time spent on your bookkeeping is based on a number of factors, including:

The number of transactions (invoices, expenses, direct debits, etc.)
The quantity and combination of services you require (such as payroll, VAT, regular bookkeeping and so on)
The overall complexity of your business income and outgoings

We can also offer a fixed monthly fee for bookkeeping on request.

Tax returns and advice

For individuals, we also offer stand-alone tax return and tax advice. Please contact us for fees tailored to your personal requirements.

We can combine our bookkeeping services and accounting services into an all-in-one package which is handled by one accountancy firm and one team. Your books will never leave our side as they’re transferred from our bookkeepers directly to our accountants for end-of-year accounts, tax returns, management accounts or any other requirements.
